I couldn't finish it. Despite this, I may go back for a quick falafel snack since the hummus was flavorful. Overall, it seems that Ahmo's is not very accommodating for vegans.
Ahmo's is a popular American Mediterranean restaurant chain known for its meat options, but with limited choices for vegans. I arrived at 9 a.m., an hour before graduation, and noticed a strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the air, which affected my dining experience. The staff seemed unsure about the ingredients in the food, leading to confusion when I asked about vegan options on the menu. I ordered lentil soup, a falafel sandwich, and tabbouleh. The lentil soup was okay, the falafel sandwich was satisfying, but the tabbouleh was too salty and I couldn't finish it. I might go back for a quick falafel snack, as the hummus was delicious. However, overall, Ahmo's may not be the best choice for vegans.
I absolutely love this restaurant. It has been recently renovated and is very spacious with free parking. The unisex bathroom is clean and conveniently located. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. The food is delicious, especially the gluten-free options like the chicken with rice and salad. The location is also perfect, close to everything.
Great chicken-shawarma shell, helpful and super-friendly staff. exactly what the doctor ordered, after waiting in the uom cardiovascular center!
