Feedback gevenThey apparently don’t use the Open Table reservation system. Fortunately there was an open table available during the Super Bowl and they could accommodate us. You should take them off the app.
The most disappointing aspect of this experience is that their restaurant shows up in OpenTable and I went ahead and booked it. But when I showed up, they said they don’t utilize OpenTable. But if that’s the case, please avoid the condition and take yourself off The staff did the best they could to get us a table for 14 despite the confusion and the evening was fine despite the faux reservation
We reserved a table online, when we got there they told us they dont reserve tables. In any case, the guy that a large group would be coming so we moved some tables which was ok because it was fairly quiet. But the service was terrible, we waited over 1.5 hrs for our food, some of us didnt even receive our food at all. When it was time for the Bills to be handed out 99% of it was wrong. Missing items which were on other peoples Bill's or just extra stuff on ours. Did I mention they didnt even have 1/2 of what was on their menus. No hamburgers, pretzels, etc. And people got served the wrong items (chicken sandwich instead of chicken wrap) It was not great service and the food was only so so. I will not be returning anytime soon.
Our reservation on opentable didn’t mean a thing. They said they don’t accept reservations and don’t use opentable
Nice overall atmosphere, staff was great! We will be back again.
