Buscemi's Of Ann Arbor

I’m giving this place one star solely to leave a review. I ordered lunch but never received it. They clearly use DoorDash for deliveries, but there’s no mention of this on their website. The customer service at Buscemi is disappointing and they are not willing to assist at all.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The cakes were overly soft and lacked firmness. They were drenched in sauce, which made them unappetizing. The flavors were muted and unexciting. I ordered a BLT pizza that was supposed to have mayo, but it turned out to be unexpectedly sweet, almost like a dessert. I won’t be returning.

While these boys may not always be mask-wearing kings, they are kings nonetheless, and Buscemi’s is their castle. Don’t expect any small talk or niceties, but do expect the most fundamentally sound, finest service of any convenience store this side of the Washtenaw River. Walking into this store is like walking into your distant, Republican great-uncle’s house on Christmas Eve; you may not be the best of friends or agree on everything, but you’re family... and you always know you’ll have a great time.
