Jimmy John's - Ann Arbor

My boyfriend went to get me a tuna sandwich after I had been studying for 10 hours. When he brought it home, I discovered it was actually a turkey sandwich. Being a pescatarian for 10 years (I eat fish but not other meats), I asked my boyfriend to return it. However, the cashier insisted that he had ordered the turkey sandwich. My friend does not eat meat, so it was unlikely that he would have ordered turkey. The staff remade the sandwich for me, but when I opened it at home, the bread was soggy and the salad was everywhere. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. I strongly recommend going to a different Jimmy John's location.

My favorite combination is the number 15 with white bread, jalapeno chips, and a large drink.

The staff at the restaurant were very helpful in fixing my online order that I had mistakenly messed up. It was completely my fault. I had requested a late delivery, but accidentally selected pick-up instead. The employee kindly offered to make my order to go, allowing me to enjoy my lunch at work when I arrived back to the office.

First order of delivery from this location. they have made a great job. sandwich was made great. the order was correct. great delivery time.

Mmmm these subs are so fresh and delicious! Small building/parking lot, but friendly staff at this busy Ann Arbor location.
