I come here, never want to go back to another whataburger! it seemed that the cashier was high after he tried my order. my command was wrong, and that's all that bothers me. I was charged extra for speck and my pommes were so cold, not to mention my old tomats and my old roast spicy chicken. orden 51, 4:08 pm.Someone falls the ball and they cannot blame it to the workers, but to the administration. it is always the fault of management. Doesn't matter what people think about this place? look at the reviews! it's embarrassing.
Fast food can be hit or miss sometimes, whataburger is no exception. An item was left off my burger, not the end of the world and was just going to let it slide. The manager was making rounds asking how our order was and I told her but I said it was no big deal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We left happy and ready to come back.
Never been to such a poorly ran Whataburger. Waited 20 min for curbside order. Barely any ingredients on our burgers they didnt even put the ingredients on there that we paid extra for, fries were cold, bottom hamburger bun burned black. We have given them a few tries... this terrible every time.
I was hungry while driving home and decided to grab a burger, so I stopped here. I ordered a double whataburger with cheese meal. First, it was odd that there was a person at the drive thru menu taking orders, I guess maybe the system was broken. He was a nice guy and did his job correctly as far as I could tell. It took a while for my order to be ready, nothing special ordered, so I was surprised at the wait. It didn't seem that busy either but looked pretty unorganized inside when I watched through the window. Got my food, the burger was great, the soda was good and fizzy, but thought the amount of fries was a little short as it didn't fill up the fries container. Not that I needed them, but if I'm paying for a large, I don't think I should get a medium size in a large container. Overall, it was good.
This review is for this location and its services. This has to be one of the worst Whataburger restaurant. I have come to this location many times hoping the service would get better. I don't mind the wait, since they are short staffed, that's not the issue. The issue is the constant mistakes they make. On the last 4 trips, they have either forgotten items or didn't make the item correctly. My last trip was curbside order. 30 min wait on an online order (30 minutes after the estimated time the app mentioned). When I arrived, I was told there were out of mushrooms (swiss mushroom burger). Fine, I understand. Told them I'll take the burger. Then I waited 30 minutes for 3 combo meals. I finally went inside and asked for my food. My food was ready, they were waiting on drinks to be made (sodas). I was given my food, and all 4 orders of frs were missing (1 fry was a rewards order). I check my food. My burger was made incorrectly. I still had to wait for my drinks. I told the manager my fries were missing. I received my fries...still waiting for 3 drinks. After receiving my drinks, I go home. At home, I'm missing 1 order of fries. Please save your sanity and go to a different location. I will not be returning to the Anna location again. FYI, the food is good. Management and staff need more training. This cannot be due to staff shortages, many locations in Anna do not have the same problems.
