Waldschlösschen - Annaberg-Buchholz

The hotel is very quiet and beautiful in the forest. Immediately next to the hotel is a beautiful small park. The rooms were as expected. Despite a wedding party, it wasn't too loud. Good breakfast. The wellness area has come like the rooms a bit in the years, but all right. The sows were not switched on at the agreed time. Towels were available. There was no water ready. In the several hours of our stay in the wellness area we were without other guests. Unfortunately, the staff never showed up or even wondered if everything is okay. Dinner on a beautiful summer evening was only possible in the interiors due to the wedding company, which one could have solved differently. Staff at the counter not always attentive. The vegetarian selection of dishes in the restaurant is minimal, wine map clear.

Since we had only a normal double room, there was no superior equipment, it was clean and what we needed was present. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, so a great praise and the food superlecker.

We stayed in a larger group Saturday and Sunday here for lunch. We had pre-ordered and wanted to sit in an extra room, so we were told. Unfortunately, this was not possible and we had to take room in the guest room. There were also some other companies present. We also had to find out that other guests who came later got their food more. This was very annoying, as we said before that we wanted to eat very quickly and we had to wait very long. We thought that too little staff was there for the many guests and that there was general overrequest. It's a shame because it's a nice location. The food was good.

Very nice hotel with really great service. We were unfortunately only for one night incl. Breakfast on site. Although we arrived earlier than officially Check In possible: We could get the room early thanks for that. One of us reserved table for dinner was kept free for almost an hour, as we could only visit the restaurant with a delay. Thank you very much.

We were there for a weekend and I can't complain at all. The rooms are fully equipped and clean. Very great praise to the service and the kitchen. I liked it very much :
