I apologize for the negative reviews others may have mentioned, but my experience was quite different. The service I received was excellent and prompt—maybe it depends on the waiter? The breakfast was decent, and everything went smoothly. The coffee was refillable, the croissant was delicious, and the oatmeal was just like the classic style I enjoy. Overall, I recommend giving 49 West Coffeehouse a try!

We visited this restaurant for the first time with my boyfriend, and we loved the charming atmosphere. Our server, Sara Jane, was fantastic! We ordered Earl Grey tea (my favorite), Gun Powder Green tea (my boyfriend's favorite), and a slice of Red Velvet cake. It was a great date night and the perfect way to end our evening!

Great breakfast and lunch place with delicious healthy food and awesome coffee! I will definitely be going there everytime I am in town.

Lovely coffeehouse with service. However, they let you sit in or outside as long as you like. You can work there or just relax. Staff is amazing. Very cozy and comforting place. There is also a terrace in the back of the bar which is next to a parking lot but the terrace is separated by green bushes. If you want to avoid to sit next to the street but you want to sit outside, use the hidden terrace behind the bar
