Palate Pleasers, Inc - Annapolis

Palate Pleasers made the food for my sons baptism party and it was amazing!! They were so great to work with and even delivered the food on a Sunday! All the guests raved about the food every dish was so delicious! If you’re debating using Palate Pleasers, just do it!

I highly recomend Palate Pleasers for any catering needs! They did an amazing job at my wedding- I can't tell you how many guests have mentioned how much they loved the food. They gave us a fully customizable menu with any idea I came up with. They were so easy to work with- from the tasting to the day itself, I never had an issue getting a hold of Amy. She answered any questions I had. She helped me with linen rentals and tables. I'm very glad I decided to go with Palate Pleasers for my wedding day!

I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review, but looking back through the other reviews, similar potential customers seemed to have the same issue and only got a response from the owner through their negative review. Like another negative review about a family not getting service for commissioning week, we are also being neglected for our USNA wedding. I have fervently tried to get in touch with Eric after having a conversation with him three weeks ago. He said he had a busy week and would get something out to me the following week, and never did. I followed up with three phone calls and emails and still, no response. I was excited about Palate Pleasers and was told by our venue that they were a high-quality option of their preferred vendors, but unfortunately, I have not gotten that experience. If I was still living in Annapolis, I would stop in to see them and then maybe I wouldn't have to write this review, but we are trying to plan an Annapolis wedding while being stationed in South Carolina. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication and hope that this can be a learning opportunity for them.

Palate Pleasers catered our wedding this weekend and we could not be happier with the job they did. From our first meetings with them to the end of service they were helpful, kind, professional and just amazing. The food was spectacular, the service incredible. We truly liked all of the team that we worked with and believe that our event was much better because of their input. I totally recommend them. I know that you will be very happy with Palate Pleasers

Wow! A simple cake turned into something extraordinary. I ordered it last minute via email for a birthday party, and the almond butter brittle cake was absolutely amazing. It was the highlight of the dinner party. The price was very reasonable, yet it tasted and looked like a cake that would typically cost four times as much!
