Subway - Annapolis

I have a very slow drawl and a speech impediment and the Subway employees thought this was hilarious. One of the servers stopped making my sandwich and went to the other room to actually point at me and laugh while she spoke in Spanish to the other worker about how very funny it was to hear me talk. (I know a little Spanish from, ironically, working with poor Hispanic children from my town. I know they are not used to my speech, but this was ridiculous. I tried to make light of it because they were young, but they went on and on and on. My husband and I were wanting to come here during our trip to get some inexpensive nutritious Food since vacation food tends to get so expensive. We decided to pay a little extra and go to a mom and pop where employees at least acted like they cared about the customer 's feelings.
