Papa Johns Pizza

The food was good but man shrinkflation is real. I used to get pizza here all the time and the size of a large pizza has definitely gotten smaller.

Don’t order here you will never get your pizza!I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and at 9:20PM, I noticed a car pull up to my apartment. The driver got out, came into the building and ran back out and jumped in the car and left. I ran to the door to see if they just left pizza at the door, but when I opened it, there wasn’t any pizza. I called them to make sure they were on the way. They told me that, that delivery was someone else’s and ours has not left yet. 9:47PM came around and I called again, they informed me that my pizza is on its way. What? 10:00PM and the pizza is still not here!!! We called them again and they told us “ your pizza has already been delivered” then they quickly give us an excuse, “ we’re sorry would you like a refund” and after talking to them, and explaining what happened, this excuse came up… “ Actually, we are closed right now” that’s why we’re offering you a refund. Then had to nerve to offer us a credit! We opted for the refund and no credit.We will not be ordering here again at this location!

In the application it says that they close at 1 am and I arrived at 11 and it was already closed

Edit:Delivered to wrong address! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!Forgot the drink again. 2nd time it’s happened in 2 months. Said he’d be back in 10 minutes, it took 40 minutes and he shows up with the wrong drink. Diet. Undrinkable.

The customer service support person made my pizza really nice.
