Kfc - Anoka

Went here for dinner and asked for the $6 special with a leg and thigh side pop and cookie. We were told it had 2 sides so we were like oh, picture shows one. He said nope comes with 2. I get my total and it's $18. There seemed to be a language barrier so I just let it go. We later read online that this is happening to many people. We didn't need a second side. We wanted the $6 meal. Seems like something fishy is going on here. I know times are tough but don't con me. Just don't have signs up offering the deal if you don't want to honor it.

Lobby Hours on the front door state 9PM close, the lobby doors were locked before 8 when we arrived. If you are going to close the lobby early put a sign up.

Puts gravy on mashed potatoes rather than on side. When I complained they refused service. Embarrassed to say this store is in my town. We drive to other locations. Hope they change management soon.

Chicken was a little over cooked and there was no seasoning on the chicken at all. Very bland tasting. Disappointing since it normally is pretty good

I was really disappointed with my experience. I expected the chicken to be extra crispy, but it ended up being soggy and unappetizing. As for the coleslaw, it was loaded with sugar chunks! My mom, who's diabetic, has always enjoyed the coleslaw, but now she can't stand it. It's really unfortunate to see KFC change like this.
