Les Lauriers - Anse Etoile

We were sooo satisfied, after many restaurants we tried on Seychelles, this is between the best, perhaps the best. We get our food really fast, staff was nice and care, design looks very good and modern, we just love it. Food 5* Price 4* Personnel 5* Interior 5*

That was our favorite restaurant on Praslin. First you need to know most restaurants on the island close kitchen orders at 9 a.m. In our first night in Praslin we went to a late dinner and was shocked to find everything closed. Luckily Les Lauriers came to the rescue and offered us to cook pizzas. The service and the food were so great that we went back to the Creol Buffet next night. It was eaten as much as you for 650.00SCR, but the choice and quality of food was excellent. They had several salad options, curries and fresh grilled meat, including chicken, beef and fish. There was also a whole series when sweet desert options. We were all night, enjoyed the DJ and danced until they closed. A great night.

Very high-quality restaurant that is somehow difficult to find in the island and fair prices. Buffet is on Wednesday and Saturday, on Sunday they make a fixed meal- first main and dessert that we eat and enjoy.

Okay, so the restaurant B E S T was in the Seychelles. The à la carte menu is delicious, well thought out, nicely plated and the prices are great for what you get!! Tje atmosphere is just wonderful. We were there 3 days because we wanted to try it all BBQ buffet only on Saturdays (which was a wide selection of tasty salads, grilled fish chicken pork that was delicious, and also curry and some pages a dessert that all you can eat brunch breakfast (with fresh fruit juice, fresh made crepes with shell, fresh made eggs omelet à carte, etc. The staff was exceptional, even the owner and manager chef served you food and talk to you if they can do something for you or if you have feedback : if I asked how one of the desserts was made, also the patissier came out personally from the kitchen to explain this to me (at that time they won me over haha). For the third time, they already recognized us haha. Wine cocktails can also be recommended. Don't miss this!!

We were very lucky to have this restaurant recommended to us by fellow travellers on Praslin. During our 4 nights in Praslin we dined here 3 times. Each meal was memorable. Very fresh ingredients and cooked beautifully. Friendly and efficent service. Excellent and well priced house wines. To find it, look for the Les Lauriers Hotel sign on the land side of the Cote D 'Or strip it is at the end of the driveway. Important to book on buffet nights though we preferred the 'a la carte ' evenings.
