Dunkin' - Ansonia

One consistent issue with this location is that they frequently get orders wrong. If they truly want what they’re asking for, it might be better to go elsewhere.

A staff member named Shi verbally attacked a woman, displaying aggressive and racist behavior. After that incident, they spilled the order and claimed they didn’t care if the manager had multiple responsibilities. I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence at this restaurant, but I’ll probably be choosing to go elsewhere from now on.

Went there Saturday 5:15PM, slowest service I've ever saw in a drive thru restaurant, won't be back

It would be great if all Dunkin' Donuts employees received training on how to make regular or light and sweet coffee consistently. There seems to be a lack of uniformity now. There was a time when you could expect the same quality cup of coffee no matter which Dunkin' Donuts location you visited. I hope we can return to those days!

I love a dunkin iced coffee on a hot summer afternoon!
