Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

There was a hair in my burger. I returned to the drive thru and was yelled at because he wanted me to go inside for a refund. I was not able to. He had major attitude, never even apologized for my ruined meal. I did get the refund. Also, I contacted corporate and they were very kind in responding to me. So perhaps the service will improve.

They were very nice. The customer service was very good. I added another order at the pickup window. They were awesome about it, had me pull around to the back, and it was brought out faster than I thought. Everything I ordered was correct.The cheeseburgers and fries are really yummy!

First time at Freddy's, being from PA. Burgers are top notch delicious and skinny cut fries were surprisingly great! I prefer a thicker French fry but these were really good. Clean place inside and pretty fast service. Def

Logan is the BEST, and his whole team is always rocking at Freddie's we go too this one because LOGAN really sets himself apart from fast-food managers and knows and remembers his customers, hats off to this young man, I know he will do great on his future endeavors as a realtor.

Had the crispy chicken club. Very good. The fries are like the old “shoe string” kind. Just enough for one person…. Will be back…Wheelchair accessibility: It is good
