Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Antigonish

I've been a customer here for many years and it seems like something's turned around in this restaurant. The last few months I would have given 3 stars only on the basis of instability, but it was perfect for my last 6 or 7 visits. Hot and delicious food, great order accuracy and decent waiting times. The only mistake I could point out is that the staff is often quite indifferent, and there is an older gentleman on the drive-thru, who cuts the line of the extreme right. but they always get the order right and for me, which is more important, so 5 stars.

The best fast food in town. After trying every other big chain in the area, this is now officially the only place I go for a ride through meal in Antigonish. The food is always fresh, the service is always great and the staff is always on the ball. Edited to say the more I visit, the more this five star review deserves. They are consistent in their high-quality food and service.

Large shop selling high-quality pet food. Don't look for mass-promoted Purina. Your selection of toys and treats is ideal for fur babies of all sizes. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

New to Canada, went for the First Time to DQ. We were the only customers there but one of the members of the staff was in no mood to suggest to us what the best seller is or what she personally likes to eat. Had 3 kinds of blizzards. I loved the strawberry cheesecake one. Not a place for vegetarians. They just sell French fries in the name of veg. Also the staff had no knowledge if poutine is veg or non veg.

Usually have a great experience at this DQ. Last few times we went there’s been a man I didn’t get his name he’s roughly late 50s who’s been working the window at the drive thru. He has horrible customer service. Last night he told me as he handed me a blizzard “I don’t know what the hell this one is but here ya go” while another worker piped up in the back and actually told me it was the right one. This older guy is constantly annoyed with the other staff at the window, and just seems like he wouldn’t be the best to work with. Get this guy out of drive thru with customer service skills like that, he’ll keep people from coming back!
