Samsara - Antigua

Nice and friendly stuff. The food looks and tasted absolutely amazing. Would recommend this.

Went to Samsara’s Garden in San Marcos at lake Atitlan before, so I thought I’d give this one a try as well. Ordered the hummus with pita and a chocolate cake. The hummus was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. The cake was amazing! Just like Samsara’s Garden, it had a nice vibe, very spiritual. The food comes with interesting ingredients such as amaranth and turmeric.

We went three times to try as much good as possible. The choices are intriguing and delicious. It’s hard to recommend just one thing because everything was so good. Don’t forget to buy a bag of coffee and donate some money for street animals!

I came here planty of times and this has become my favorite restaurant in Antigua! Among the amazing and tasty food items on the menu, I really love the Shawarma de quinoa, kimchi bowl and the wok. The desserts and the amaranth balls are also to die for. Highly recommend!
