You don't really understand cross contact, but they'll say they do when all you ask. When I asked further questions, the gluten-free pizza base was cooked in the same oven that they all cook their gluten bread in. They have no pizza pan or anything they could use to separate the base from the bottom of the oven. I really cheated on other reviews here, I didn't decide to eat here and keep myself safe. At least the waiters were open to answer my questions. But it's misleading to say they understand the contact here.
I have celiac disease and asked if they crossed a contamination and they assured me that they have no cross-contamination. I ordered a pizza and it was very good.
I got a sandwich and the chocolate cake. The cake wasn’t sweet or chocolaty, just not good. The bread of the sandwich was out from the fridge and they said they can’t warm it. So it just crumbled and it was impossible to eat. The cheddar crackers were great.
I would never have expected to get such good gluten-free pasta cakes etc. in Antigua Guatemala five stars all the way and the owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable as well as all of the staff yeah I will definitely be back
