Feedback gevenThe level of chaos caused by customers this morning was incredible! The staff did their utmost with the resources available to them. They were really quick to address the concerns of the dissatisfied crowd, and the entire team collaborated exceptionally well to handle the large volume of customers!
It’s odd that the SBUX app doesn’t recognize or allow me to place orders from the Lone Tree location in Brentwood, CA. Nonetheless, I still got credit for my purchase thanks to the promotion. I’m a huge fan of my cold brew on ice!
