So it's January 12th around 9:00 p.m. I placed an order for drive-thru on the mobile app. The manager on duty told the cashier to have me pull around to the parking lot and wait for my food there. Now I expressed how it was a major inconvenience for not only myself but the person having to run it out in this weather. Seems like an inconvenience for both myself and their employees. When there is a perfectly fine drive thru. And then not only that to top it off I have to sit there and worry about something being done to my food that shouldn't be done just because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service...

Paid in cash. Used a 20 dollar bill from before the year 2000, they marked it with the counterfeit pen and said its coming up inauthentic . Upon getting the bill in question back, looked at the markings from the pen. They were yellow, NOT BLACK. The employees should be trained on how to read markings from a counterfeit pen as well as what money before the year 2000 looks like.

Vegetarian options: Almost any item can be customized to a vegetarian diet. The vegetarian Mexican pizza is super yummy!

Taco Bell in Antioch, Illinois used to be the place to go during lunch. They were busy product came out hot. But now it's sad. Just a couple weeks ago. My husband had gotten lunch at Taco Bell finished his drink and notice. It had black specks contacted corporate and all they did was give him a free mail. So they decided to go back and try lunch again assuming they cleaned the machines.. It was my husband his brother and they're two friends. And again they got black specks in there drinks. Makes me sad because that's proof that they did not clean the machine at all . Wonder what else are they not cleaning? So be careful going there. I don't like the fact that the food is old cold and disgusting. Stay away from taco bell in antioch

Hispanic lady ignored us in drive up.ordered at 215 am wife was extremely sick after eating will contact health department on Monday.very disappointed.
