I come back to their reisms, but not to their pancitmalabon. as strange.
Holed up in the condo today to finish my thesis, and in desperate need of sustenance. Fortunately, Pansit Malabon is only five minutes walking distance away. If I were to evaluate solely on taste and quality, I might give it a 3.0 rating. It is relatively inexpensive though, and presents good value for money in my opinion, hence the raised score. The pancit malabon itself is good, a small bilao that serves 6 pax will set you back P360. The pork barbecue is dry and tough, and costs P22 per stick, and (in my opinion) is the singular reason why office party organizers and food committee chairmen around the metro prefer another popular pancit + pork BBQ restaurant. If PM paid a little more attention to its grill menu items, I believe it can win in the marketplace. facebook.com
This resto is near SM Masinag and they have parking space for around 2 to 4 cars. They have an average sized dining area but each time we eat here, it seems there are always no customers. Their boneless bangus meal came with half an order of pancit malabon & their tapsilog was delicious. I will come back for their rice meals but not for their pancit malabon. How weird....
