Stopped here for a coffee and some cake. Well above average!

Very nice restaurant where you can irganize cultural events at Antsirabe in Malagasy

Nice... but a little dull. Staff helpful but not very busy or welcoming. Lack of dynamism. The restaurant room is quite cold, it may be of decoration and character. The flat rate is reasonable. The establishment is to be tested if you are in Antsirabe but I haven't seen a dream in this place.

The food was marginal though the service was good. It's difficult to find decent atmosphere here but this comes close.
