Tonight I ate the worst pizza of my life. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a quattro formaggi. Two inedible pizzas arrived, hard, toasted, dry, withered cheese. Shameful. While we were complaining among ourselves, a couple who had just left approached, saying that they too had ordered the same pizzas and had made the same considerations, concluding with: poor tourists, they come here and think that Italian pizza is this indecent thing. At that point I called the waiter saying that the pizza was inedible. Unfortunately, he said he would do it again. We said no because the point wasn't to make them again, the point was: but with how much shamelessness and lack of respect for the customer do you present them with such terrible dishes? In the end, they charged us for water, wine and appetizers, and not for the pizzas left on the plate. The minimum.
