Taj Palace - Ao Nang

I may have made a mistake by craving pasta at this restaurant. I inquired about a vegan version and the staff was very kind and asked the chef if it was possible, and it was confirmed. However, when the dish arrived, it tasted like ketchup had been dumped on some noodles with a few pieces of raw onion. I would suggest trying the Thai or Indian food instead, as you may have better luck than I did.

The restaurant offers delicious Indian dishes on their vegetarian menu, with a variety of vegan options available as well.

We decided to try the Thai dishes on the menu and unfortunately, we were disappointed. The curry was tiny, the noodles lacked flavor, and there were only a few vegetables with no tofu included. All in all, for 320 baht, it was not worth it.

Delicious and very creative vegan and gluten free options. Friendly staff. It's amazing to see how this restaurant adapted to a climate and animals friendly cuisine. Definitely to place to go for vegans!
