Bawarchi Grill Spirits - Apex

I've eaten here once and got out the second time. Had lamb corma on both occasions that was excellent. Meat was tender and the sauce is fantastic. Other dishes we had were the chicken 555 appetizer and the chickens Mandakani. Both were also excellent, especially the Mandakani. I saw a review that the amount of sauce he got was missing. I wonder if what he ordered was a "dry" dish because in the corma and mandakani I left about a third of a cup of sauce after completion of the plate. that's great when you eat garlic naan it. My only complaint is that the court we ordered as mild was anything but. I even spoke to the hostess to ensure that it would be, so I assume that they do not really offer a real mild level of heat. I like hot, but my wife, not so much. So, if I want to order from here again, I know that my wife will be less than getting the idea of this problem. add this as a tip for the owners. I want this restaurant to succeed because not only the food is fantastic, it is the only Indian place in Apex

Very good food and proper place. I was so unwilling to go there after I was confused with Baawarchi in Morrisville. This is 100 times better in taste, place and service. I'd always return when I'm in town. The food was on the right spices and consistency in contrast to many Indian reraurants who tone the spices down a notch. A great place.

The family took dinner tonight and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and had requested a nice amount of spices for the 5/10. The restaurant is beautiful inside and has several TVs to watch sports events and they have an extensive bar menu and design beer list. The staff was very helpful for my wife who has several allergies and overall they were very attentive. Most Entree elements are in the $12 to $16 range and the portions are good size. This is a great addition to this part of Apex that has no other Indian offers. We're definitely going back.

We loved this place. The food was excellent and Eli our server was fabulous. Rakesh helped us navigate through some of the items on the menu and its recommendations were on site! So excited that Apex finally has a wonderful Indian restaurant! We will definitely be back.

Great to have this restaurant in Apex. Been three times already, and they only have their soft opening menu... yum. Can 't wait for the full menu.
