Cold Stone Creamery - Apex

I frequently order their strawberry shortcake because it's my favorite dessert. However, this week, both of my delivery orders arrived without the yellow cake. When I called to inquire, Angelina informed me that what they refer to as "shortcake" doesn’t actually include any yellow cake. This contradicts what is shown on their website in both the image and description (see picture below). I'm confused: do different locations make it differently? Every other time I've ordered it, it included the cake. I feel like I wasted $16 on delivery.

I ordered a cake for my sons' 15th birthday, and both the decoration and the cake itself were fantastic. Everyone at our party loved it! Their customer service is excellent, and communication was seamless. The owners truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this place!

Completely wrong order. I ordered a peanut butter cup perfection and got something with brownies, fudge and chocolate chips. For someone who doesn't like chocolate, it was a complete waste of money. Very disappointed. My husband and I ordered, in person, around 9:15 pm on Saturday, July 9 at the Apex, NC location. How can someone get an order so wrong when I looked the young lady in the eyes and told her my order?
