New China Chef - Apex

Some of their dishes were really tasty, like the General Tso's Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Beef Ho Fun was a bit clumped together, and the dumplings were perfectly crispy. The egg rolls and fried rice were also good. I would definitely eat here again, as I've learned which dishes are great and which ones aren't as impressive.

In my opinion, this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The staff is incredible, the orders are prepared promptly, and I've never received an incorrect order.

Had two sweet and sour pigs for lunch. It was perfect both times! The freshest roasted rice I've ever had. Even the sweet and acidic sauce is better than anywhere else. Eat here!

Our favorite Chinese in Apex. Food is always hot and order is correct. The pork fried rice is fantastic.

I've dined at numerous Chinese restaurants over the years, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is the best fast-casual Chinese restaurant I've ever visited. The service is excellent, and the food consistently meets high standards. You absolutely must try the crab dishes!
