Feedback gevenI love Panera, but not sure if I'm coming back. I got the pick-up two and it was $10 that?s good when I was $10 worth on food, but I got the French onion soup delicious HOWEVER I got half the tuna sandwich and it was a JOKE! It was quite a ton of bread and half a pot of tuna it was laughing. I gave him two stars because I love the soup. I'm probably not back if I don't have soup.
Over the last three years, I got Bagels from Panera every week. I had some bad experiences here and today was probably the last time I was Patron Panera. I ordered a baker dozen at 7:45, and I got what I am sure was day old bagels, and the order was wrong. The bagels were stale, and I couldn't even reach someone on the phone for 30 minutes to repair my order. Many places fight to rent people in the service industry. People who work there are probably stressed and overworked, I understand, but the lower line is I hard for my money and there are better options out there.
Today I ordered a suppe for the bordab delivery (order #799955754.) my pickup time was 11:05 clock and I was parked in place #2. I was waiting for suppe for 15 minutes. How can it take so long? I went without my order. That's the second time they did this to me. I will never go to this place again! if someone asks me, I will tell them that they will move away from this place to order panera.
I usually have a good service, but our last order was terrible. adjustments were completely ignored and our sandwiches were not even roasted. I asked for white Cheddar cheese instead of American and that did not happen. it was like cheese that was cut between 2 slices of bread and microwaves. the largest part of the cheese is outside the brotes. if they deliver under standard food, they should really lower their prices.
My family and I have had a power outage and we decided to come here. We brought all our power banks and phones. The manager walked out and gave us a extension cord and explained that he knows we?re struggling. The service was 10 stars, 100% recommend.
