Feedback gevenI made an online order and paid for it. the staff was very rude when I picked up. he eaten me like he's offering me free meals.
Owner/worker was rude. when I said I placed online order, he began to give submission, it was not nice at all. after this exp I didn't feel like eating subway so chose my order in restaurant vacuum cleaner gedumpt. When I said I complained to subway, he started screaming again. I feel very much that his behavior was racially motivated. painful experience.
This place and owner/staff is terrible. the owner is always rude. this load is never followed business hours mentioned / published. unfortunately we have no other subway near us in apex. I have also observed that subway franchise does not care about her customer feedback.
Bad customer service. they ran out of brot option I needed for my foot length and then I was ok to share my order in 2 6” subs with different meat options, the rude guy refused to honor the foot-long price. he was even hard with the dame (searched to be in training) that made my sandwiches. I didn't want to leave a tip because of his rudeness, but I have rewarded the woman who was nice and fought with the drinking money.
Tuna FL was prepared accurately, but store only had one employee during busy lunch hour, which made the wait much longer.
