Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Apex

I keep finding that sugar is being added to my smoothie, even though it's not listed as an ingredient in my order. As a diabetic, this is a significant concern for me.

I received the wrong order, and when I asked for help, I was informed that there was no manager available to assist. Additionally, the young male staff member was quite rude and disrespectful.

Really good smoothies. I love the variety of flavors.

I love their smoothies, but the parking here is horrible. They have forgotten to give me my edible straws on 2 orders, but their flatbread sandwiches are delicious. They have 2 drive up spots, but people sit in them forever even after they pick up their order. I usually order pick up so I run in and grab my order, no one has ever greeted me so I 'm not sure if that 's a thing here. I would say they are steady busy but not overly.
