Thaihouse - APOLLO BAY

A great restaurant that took over from the former Thai place. Food has always been generous and flavourful. Only negative is the random hours of opening... Website often says that they are going to be open, only to find the place locked up when I get there... A higher rating if this can be resolved.

They advertise as being open, but don't bother - IT'S CLOSED!!!

After reading some reviews, we decided to go to this restaurant for dinner, only to find that it was closed. We were disappointed, so we called to inquire and found out that it is only open Thursday to Saturday. We tried to come for lunch, but they only serve bus groups, not the general public. When we attempted to make a dinner reservation, we were told that they would be closed that Friday due to a family emergency in Melbourne. It was a major letdown. This is not how a business should be run. I give it a big thumbs down.

Food was tasty but it did take well over an hour to be prepared.

We didn't really like it, but it's a matter of taste.
