Burger King - Apopka

I can't even tell them about my experience because they let them come into the second window to order (there is a piece of paper tape to the drive-thru menu) and then when nobody comes there to help. if no one wants to do his job, it seems like it's time to recover. based on the other reviews, it is not worth paying the people who are currently working there anyway.

Where should I start? I can't really. went to the drive thru, sign was on the loudspeaker who said drag them to order 2nd window. sat in the second window, waited 5 minutes, no one came into the window. drove around the front and realized that they were working there on his handy in the back of the restaurant.

Eating is terrible! the chop meat was very dry and the fries greased as if it was day old. we also waited 40 minutes in the car thru with only 2 cars in front of us. They have massified the order for the person and they needed to solve more than 20 minutes. will not be back to this place.

Absolutely poorest experience/food I ever had at a burger king, 20 minutes in the drive through, had my order wrong twice, workers were rude, somehow completely out of BBQ sauce and all just to eat bad quality, hardly warm burgers, clear old fries and a chicken sandwich, obviously microwave. this situation is pathetic, I would give 0 stars if I could

Speaker at drive-thru broken. Order at window. Lobby dark and empty. Short staffed. Took forever to get to the window to order. Sprite was basically water. Fries warm not hot. No salt. Buns on cheeseburger stale and patties dry as if over cooked. No blame on the employees. Clearly management and franchise owners or corporate have neglected this location severely. Definitely most broke down location I've seen. Cut your losses and close it down. 30 minutes in a fast food drive thru is unacceptable. Especially when u receive such poor quality after all that waiting.
