After having a 1/3lb Angus (51% beef? Big Char Chile Burger today, I will never visit Carl's Jr again. It had 2 short thin shriveled Anaheim Chile 1/2-inch-wide strips on top of a 3 in square slice of pepper jack cheese (real cheese? . Under the patty was a leaf of lettuce and a little tomato. Pathetic, like kid's burger quality for $8.49. It's been 3 years since my previous visit, things have changed. To the owner — Save your patronizing boilerplate responses for other reviews. You have instructed your staff to be penurious in their preparation of orders. You own it!

Worst customer service ever. Missing an item called in to let them know not a Im sorry about that. Was told I wasn’t charged for it. Still upset and was told the person probably didn’t hear me when she clearly asked me if I wanted the sandwich only or combo. Won’t be back for sure. Customer service matters if they would have simply said I’m so sorry let me see what happened.

Absolute garbage of a fast food place and not to mention all there meals just went up they all seem to start at 15$ witch is absolutely not worth the money nor the time to sit there and wait...... Horrible

I highly recommend this restaurant, as soon as we walked in Mrs. Stephanie made us feel right at home. I came in with several homeless men and she treated us all with the utmost respect. The store was spotless and the service was fast and friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. Thank you very much Mrs. Stephanie we love you and your energy lol
