Pizza Hut - Apple Valley

I canceled my order after sending a text about an issue I encountered. I was accused of something and was never informed about it. I waited 45 minutes for my delivery and had to call to check on its status. It turns out it was still 10 minutes away, which was too far to drive.

During a recent winter storm, this restaurant was overwhelmed with takeout and delivery orders, leading to delivery times of 100 minutes. I decided to pick up my order instead. Despite the pressure they were under, the staff displayed professionalism and handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate their hard work—keep it up!

I hadn’t visited Pizza Hut in a few years because my son, who used to enjoy their pizza, has since moved away. I was excited to try it again, but I discovered that something had changed. The pizza was practically tasteless, and the crust was lackluster. I was very disappointed. It reminded me of a cheap five-dollar pizza. At first, it was great, but now it lacks flavor and excitement. It feels like they’ve changed something, and I can't see myself going back to Pizza Hut again. The pizza was just bland and flavorless.

Easy to order with the app, good prices, and delivery was quick. Items were very hot and delicious.

Gentleman at the counter was very courteous and polite, fast service too! What else could one ask for. I love Apple Valley Pizza Hut! My spot to go for hot and delicious pizza.
