Ordered and paid for 2 floats, got 1, server said she 'd be right out with it. Waited 15 min, sent our kid in with the receipt to remind them, was told they 'd be right out, waited another 15 min, finished our meal and decided wasn 't worth the effort to pursue the refund. Disappointed but acknowledge that this is not like most other A&W 's

The last three times I 've been there, it 's taken like 10-15 minutes before I got my order. Not sure if they 're short staffed or what, but it 's a little frustrating. I was told to pull around to the other side and waited in my car 15 minutes (yes, I timed it) before I finally went inside to get it myself. Friendly staff, but an apology on the wait goes a long way, nit even a thanks for waiting. Do better.

We had Katrina taking our order and she was the best! We have never had someone nicer and more understanding than she was with us! Thank you!!!

Nostalgia at its best. Kind of like going back to my childhood road trips. Food American Fast Food, served with a smile.

Kids were allowed to run crazy uncheck yelling throughout the restaurant. Stood at the counter and guy saw me and stood stared then turned and walked away. He saw me still standing at the counter waiting and stares again finally a women maybe a manager asked if I was ready to order and I said yes she just stood there staring at me for a min till I said yes louder and sent over the first kid to take my order. Got my food ordered at 3:19 pm didn't get it till almost 3:40 pm. The place was gross the floors needed to be sweep really bad. Probably will not return to that location
