The female owner is unkind and lacks basic customer service skills. It's important to do better and treat customers with respect. I won't be ordering from here again.

The prices are quite reasonable, the food is always fresh, of good quality, and served hot. They are also very generous with their meat portions. Additionally, they are very accommodating to customer requests. I highly recommend their fantastic takeout!

We tried this restaurant for the first time and it has become our go-to spot for Chinese food. The customer service was excellent and very friendly compared to other places we've been. The staff member was informative and made sure we were comfortable when I arrived to pick up our order. The food was fresh and delicious, and it was ready right on time. While this might seem like a given, my previous experiences elsewhere have made me truly appreciate this aspect. Thank you, Chopstix! We will definitely return!

Chopstix is definitely our favorite family restaurant! We are always satisfied with their food, and we find ourselves craving it if we haven't eaten there in a week. I highly recommend it!

After dining here several times, I feel confident sharing my impressions. The fried rice is extremely bland—there's not even salt! It's just oily, with a few onions and the occasional pea and carrot, which do little to enhance the flavor. The General Tso's chicken is mostly breading, with large chunks that contain no chicken at all or pieces that are so dry and tough that I question how long they've been sitting around. The pepper steak is fair; the steak is overcooked and somewhat rubbery, but it's still better than the General Tso's. The filling in the Crab Rangoon is tasty, but the shape makes it uncomfortable to eat. Sweet and sour chicken is likely the only dish I would order again, although other local spots do it better. They do provide plenty of sweet and sour sauce, which tastes pretty good, though the dish is still quite oily. The spring rolls are also very oily inside and hard to enjoy; the wrap is chewy and nearly impossible to cut through without significant effort. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. They are consistent, but it's consistently disappointing when it comes to the dishes I typically crave.
