By Far the best Ice Cream we’ve had for a chain. My husband I are always door dashing Cold Stone! ? We’ve never been personally into the store but the crew has been awesome always giving us the best quality ice cream. We doordash so much I think they know us already lol Stefan Arianna ?

Slowest service ever!!!! Staff had no idea what they were doing.

Disappointed in my experience on 1/3. I ordered an Everybody's size and it wasn't even full. I also ordered a gotta have it size and was charged a $1 more then the price advertised on the overhead in the store.

Girl responds with hostility, passive-aggressiveness, and clique-like behavior in response to me viewing negatively about ice cream and its own impact on people's health.My mom's mom died of sugar (simple carbs), my father has heart attacks, and I'm starting to have a heart problem of my own right now, and I've had to get cavities done recently. If I feel a sense of dread and distain for one's own job duties (as it pertains to the impact on other people's direct health), I want to be at least respected for where I am coming from, and who I am as a person.That was totally not this place.

Bad experience at this location. CJ needs customer care 101. She was rude, even dropped my card when handing it back on purpose. I knew when she helped me I had a bad vibe about her already.
