Domino's Pizza - Appleton

I ordered two large pizzas with two toppings tonight. I was quoted a price of $16.38 along with a $3.50 delivery fee. However, when the pizza arrived, the delivery person told me my total was nearly $30. You've just lost a customer.

The pizza from this location is always excellent. I frequently order delivery for a scheduled time later in the day, and they have consistently arrived just a minute or two after that time.

I was very disappointed with the portion sizes of the tinned products, like the cheese for the garlic knots and the pasta dishes. They were barely filled, only covering the bottom of the tin. When I requested plates, they provided just two plates and two forks. Although I like Domino's, I feel that paying $35 and leaving a nearly $5 tip should warrant more generous servings. They really need to put more food in their containers.

We've been ordering from this location for over 4 years. I can't remember a time they missed something in my order. They are ALWAYS smiling, even through covid. And they deliver within the hour.

I want to give a shout-out for the fantastic service provided by Melanie and her district manager! Melanie was incredibly helpful when I encountered issues with placing my order online. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured that my order was submitted correctly. I absolutely love Domino's thin crust pizza; it has a buttery club cracker-like texture that is simply delightful. The pizza is delicious, especially when loaded with toppings, which are always fresh and flavorful. The standards here are impressive, and I really think this location is exceptional.
