Rookie's Sports And Grill - Appleton

After much searching and tasting, we have finally discovered the best beer-battered fish in town at Rookies. A friend recommended this place and confidently predicted that we would agree upon trying it. They were absolutely correct. The service was top-notch, despite the restaurant being busy, with a friendly and attentive server and a skilled kitchen staff. We have indeed found what we were looking for at Rookies.

Stopped at this place on a Saturday night, had some fun and nice locals in there, different sports games on every TV, great selection of beer and food. The staff were really nice even if it was a little busy they made sure you were taken care of,talked to, and having a good time. Highly recommend this place!

I have visited this restaurant several times recently because a close friend lives nearby. It is a great place with great staff. A special shout out to Maddie Candi for going above and beyond to make the whole experience awesome. I have just moved to NYC, but I still have family and friends in the area. I will definitely make sure to visit again when I come back to visit. Great job, guys!

Went to pick up Friday fish fry, it was a quiet night for them with the warm fall weather, but I was greeted and sat at the bar right away. Beer selection was good and cold, pretty reasonable as well. I put my order in to be ready in an hour and had a fewbeers, watched some baseball and the food was ready right on time, really fresh and good. We each got fish fry and were veryimpressed. There was a good crowd there eating as well and everything looked really good. Will be back for sure!

I would not recommend going to this restaurant if you are a person of color. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be ready for pick up, but the bartender and his coworker ignored me and served a white customer who came in after me. Even before me, an African male waited over 40 minutes for his order without being attended to, despite it being ready. The person working there is a white male, over 40 years old, and bald. Proceed with caution if you choose to dine at this establishment.
