Subway - Appleton

The staff at this restaurant is always attentive and provides great recommendations. However, I deducted a star for the lack of extra sauce with dishes like the Teriyaki or the new Sesame Ginger Chicken. It seems like there is a need for improvement in this aspect. The crew could benefit from having more tools for greater success.

I received a sandwich that appeared to have been badly mishandled. The bread was torn in five different places when I opened it, causing the entire sandwich to spill out of the wrapper with sauce, which was concentrated on the wrapper rather than on the sandwich itself. This was absolutely unacceptable. I took a photo of it when I got home after barely enduring the ride back. I typically don't write negative reviews, but it was evident that this sandwich was prepared carelessly, possibly even thrown against a wall before being served to me.

You guys really know how to make a delicious tuna sandwich. The portion size is generous and they don't skimp on ingredients. Excellent work!

Today while getting my dinner which was at 5pm when I went. There was 3 girls with really long hair walking past while my sandwich was being made. One hers was so long it touched some bread when she would bend over, the other 2 came to look at the bread count and one was physically doing her hair into a braid all around the open containers of food. It?s just unsanitary and gross... long hair needs to be in buns or with hairnets...

The GM is amazing.
