Feedback gevenI've been a loyal customer for years—my family frequently enjoys meals at the bar, and my husband and I order takeout 2-3 times a month. Recently, we mistakenly placed a pick-up order instead of a delivery, which meant our food sat under a heat lamp for some time. I called the restaurant to ask if they could please remake the order. As a long-time patron, I thought it was a reasonable request. However, both managers refused to help and were quite rude. I was honestly astonished that two managers who recognize us would not assist in any way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I've informed my entire family, who in turn will encourage others to avoid a business that doesn't value its customers.
The waitress took the dish back and had to check with the manager to confirm that it was indeed too dark. She returned to inform us that the meal would be remade. The second attempt at the fish was slightly better but still quite dark, and we could discern the unpleasant taste of the oil. Frustrated, we decided to order wings instead. While those were also dark, they were at least edible.
My son, grandson (celebrating an early birthday), and I went out to enjoy some delicious wings. We are regular diners at this restaurant and were delighted to be served by the wonderfully attentive, cheerful, friendly, and fun waitress, Priscilla. We've had her assist us before, and she truly is outstanding!
Ordered to go fish was soggy, flavorless and all the breading fell off. Was also missing the melted butter. Not sure what happened this week last weeks was amazing!
Currently live in utah but every time I come to visit nothing ever beats the wings here. Service could be a bit better but nonetheless still my favorite
