Palapas Restaurant & Cantina - Aptos

My experience at the restaurant was great! I ordered the Burrito Tofu Verde (vegan), my mom had the Tostada de Guacamole (vegetarian), and my dad had a dish with meat. We all enjoyed our meals, which were delicious. The patio offers a rare and beautiful ocean view, making it a great spot for vegetarian and vegan food in the Santa Cruz area. Although the menu advertised soy cheese, the server informed us that they no longer offer it. Luckily, my burrito was still tasty without the cheese.

The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options such as tacos, burritos, tostados, and enchiladas. Don't forget to try their amazing chips, guacamole, and salsa. The Cadillac margarita is also highly recommended.

I had the burrito tofu verde vegan, my mother had the tostada de guacamole vegetarian, my father had a omni dish, and all were delicious. the terrace has a great sea view rare to get good veg food and a good view in the opposite of santa cruz. the menu says they have soybee, but the server said they have no more. fortunately, my burrito was delicious without cheese.

The food at this restaurant has greatly improved over the past year and a half, especially after the kitchen was refreshed. The quality of the salsas has also gotten better. We are frequent customers here, so we have noticed...
