Additionally, the menu should clearly indicate that all kebabs and falafel come with cheese. Having eaten well over a thousand kebabs and falafel during my travels in Australia, I can say that a filling of lettuce, onion, and tomato is standard, while cheese is not usually included unless specified as an optional add-on. Despite specifying "no dairy” when I ordered, they still added cheese and offered no apology for the mistake or delay. The older man just tossed the incorrect order in the trash as if I were being difficult, even after clearly stating my dietary restrictions. Staff members need to be better educated about dietary needs, or they should inform customers directly if they cannot accommodate specific requirements. When someone specifically requests “no dairy,” it's usually due to an allergy or intolerance, not simply a preference.
The kebab is decent but not particularly flavorful. They don’t offer chili flakes, and the garlic sauce is quite bland. Surprisingly, even when the place is empty, your order won’t be delivered to your table; you'll have to get it yourself from the counter once it’s ready, and they’ll just keep it warm for you.
I ordered a mixed kebab, and it tasted really good. However, the size of the kebab was slightly smaller compared to what I used to get in Melbourne for the same price. Nonetheless, it's a good shop overall.
The service was extremely slow, it was hot inside, and there was an unpleasant odor. I wouldn’t return.
