KFC - Ararat

Strange conundrum reviewing a fast food restaurant. Yes you get what you pay for you say ?? Well the burger and chip that was payed for was sensational, fresher and juicier than any KFC I've tried.But I also expect more from the staff serving me and the general tidiness of the store. Isn't there a duty manager on directing jobs ??? In the 30 minutes we spend there, 2 people are in and left. 4 people ordered and left.Yet you would of thought 6 bus loads of tourists had been through the place.Floor was covered in food when we entered and not 1 chip swept up by the time we left.It's just what fast food stores do, clean up in quite appropriate times.

11th of March 1.50 pm This lady at the front counter , she look angry , she forgot how to smile and yell !! Not welcoming

Went to drop the kids off at the pool on my way through from adelaide to Melbourne. Ended up getting a zinger meal and boy it did not disappoint. Worth the stop.

I don't normally have KFC because I all way find is to be cold and dried out but had it tonight and to my surprise it was good chips and burger were freshly made and hot

I dint normally review fast food venues but I was so impressed with my service on my recent visitI'm doing an inaugural review. Dropped in on my way through the town at around 1pm. The young man serving me was so polite and the lady that made my cappuccino went out of her way to get my coffee spot on (I'm very fussy) I wish I had taken note of their names so they received the recognition they deserve for excellent customer service that kept me smiling through the next leg of my drive.
