The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the portions were substantial! We visited on a Wednesday evening and were seated immediately. They provide complimentary white rice towards the end of the meal, which is a lovely nod to traditional Japanese customs. I appreciate that they honor and maintain this culture here in the USA.

Having lived in Japan as a child, I'm no stranger to Japanese cuisine, but the dish I tried here was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. I opted for The Original bowl, wanting to keep it light, and I initially thought I might still be hungry and should have chosen the Deluxe option. However, I was completely satisfied! The noodles were so delicious that I found myself happily slurping them down in no time. If you're knowledgeable about Japanese food but haven't tried this particular style of noodles, this should be the first place you visit—it's definitely going to become my new go-to spot.

Delicious restaurant! The food is incredibly tasty! I've never tried this type of noodles before, and I regret not having discovered it sooner. It was fantastic! They even provide a small bowl of rice to help you soak up the remaining sauce, meat, and garnishes left in your bowl.

Truly a one of a kind experience. Noodles so uniquely delicious they incite cravings on the regular. This place is magic. Just wish I was privileged enough to live closer. Also, the takoyaki, absolutely divine.

The karaage, croquettes, and matcha latte were excellent as well. The karaage was crispy and well-seasoned, while the croquettes were creamy with a perfect coating. The matcha latte was thick and rich, providing a delightful experience. In my opinion, the deluxe bowl is a bit overloaded with protein (featuring a poached egg, soft-boiled egg, char siu pork, and Taiwanese meat sauce) due to the richness of the sauce and egg yolk, so I preferred the original version, which includes just the poached egg and meat sauce. The vinegar is essential for cutting through the richness; the dish can feel one-dimensional without it. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend it!
