Just a small comment. I used the app so I got a free large fries, and I guess upon seeing that they decided to only fill it halfway.They also decided that my shamrock shake only needed the smallest amount of whip cream possible...

I’ve been waiting in line for over 20 min!!!! A employees seen me and still didn’t take my order in the drive threw… it’s 642am.. I left the drive threw came back around and still nobody taking my order… while I drove around two vehicles now pulled in threw the drive threw and still nobody took there

0 STARS RAW QUARTER Pounders several times. Someone could seriously get sick. Manager on duty didn't even apologize, just said cause their boiler and shrugged it off.

Almost everytime I go there my foods cold , my fries freezing. but this time I get a 6piece happy meal and deluxe quarter pounder and a double cheeseburger the double cheeseburger is made with perfectection , aswell as my other things, Nuggets cold, HAIR in my deluxe quarter pounder. and my fries are freezing cold , very disappointed.

The in-store app works good and friendly service. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was dirty and felt oily. This was around 9am on a Friday.
