Reception friendly, slept well, room very small, carpet was absolutely filthy and needs replacing. Nice size shower. Located a little way out of paris, train stations a 15 min walk away. Free parking a bonus
1* without capacity 2* they don't clean the rooms 3* they don't change the bath towels 4* you have to wait for customers to bring their cutlery to wash and to be able to have it in the next customers etc.etc.etc Hotel location is good but not recommended for groups it was my expression.
We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked this hotel in may for our stay at the end of July and beginning of August. We booked it with a wonderbox. We called the hotel and asked if we could book it for those days with our wonderbox. They told us yes and to e-mail them to confirm our booking. So we send them an e-mail they then confirmed again there were rooms available and to give them additional information. We send them everything they needed. We then called them again to confirm if our booking was completed and they told us that they got our reservation and confirmed our stay. We went on our holiday and we drove 12 hours from Spain to Paris. After this drive we get to the hotel and we try to check in. The guy at the reception tells us he doesn’t have a reservation in his system. We are really distraught by this because we were reassured that we had made a reservation with our wonderbox. He tells us too bad you should have gotten a confirmation e-mail now you don’t have any proof so you are on your own. We tried to explain that it was their fault because they misinformed us about the booking and didn’t tell us anything about a confirmation e-mail and that they should help us and look for a solution. The guy was really unfriendly and didn’t try to help us. He just said you don’t have any proof that’s your fault. He then told us they sent us an e-mail that said that there weren’t any rooms available for our dates, but we never received that e-mail. He acted like we were lying and were criminals, but why would we do that? Why would we drive 12 hours to our hotel if we knew we had no reservation? It was an utter nightmare. The only solution he gave was to pay full price for the rooms, but after the treatment we got we would never stay at that hotel! They really don’t care about their customers.
Clean, simple modern rooms, friendly personel, nice breakfast.
