Arby's - Arden

Arby's needs to stay out of the hamburger business. I tried the new bacon ranch burger. Either the meat or the ranch dressing or both tasted spoiled. I could not eat the burger. And for what it was, it was very expensive. Will not be getting a burger from them again. They need to stick with what they know and don't try to branch out into the burger world.

Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food places. But this experience was forgettable! Gave my wife and I the wrong food, then ask if she wanted whip cream on her milkshake. Then chocolate sauce.. must be made of gold! But check out the sign ?

Love their grilled Sandwhich! And those curly Fries! Great place to eat with moderate priced options. Thank you Staff for being so friendly! See you again Soon!

Went through and ordered , pulled around picked up and pulled off , tried the unsweet tea , oh man i bet it had been changed in a couple days , took it back to the drive through and told the guy my tea was rotten , the guy looked at me and asked what do you want me to do about it shut the window and walked off , this here has got to be the worst arbys in town

Will mess your order up refuse to answer the phone then when you drive all the way back tell you its your fault for not checking the bag I understand this is fast food but at least put what ppl pay for in the bag
