Itto Ramen Japanese Tapas - Arden

The restaurant was nice clean. The food was delicious ? the staff very lovely and if I wish had service that good Everytime I go out. I'm only leaving 4 stars because of them being a bit steep with prices. Not all menu item prices are bad.. but 13 for 3 scallions and a pinch of arugula is outlandish. But the food was flavorful and the staff was exquisiteness WONDERFUL.

Amazing food and amazing staff I'm literally addicted to their food

I eat here all the time. The food is amazing and the staff is incredible! If you are a business owner in this area, then you will fully respect how hard it is to find quality people to work for you. This place has quality staff. They not only provide orders timely but they genuinely care about the meal experience to their customers.I am posting this review because the employees and manager deserve a positive review and praise. I secretly don’t want people to find out how amazing this place is because then I will lose my seat at the bar.As far as the food, well the ramen is the best I have had in Asheville. The broth in the ramen is amazing! The tapas menu has a little bit of everything for anyone. I highly recommend the yellow tail. The shishito peppers blow away the traditional edamame. So far not a single thing on the menu has disappointed me, this says a lot because I have tried almost the whole menu. Yes, it is that damn good!

This place is 100% accurate to my taste. The atmosphere is good, just like going home?. The quantity is good and the price is reasonable.
