Poppin' Culture Gourmet Popcorn

I love these type of places. The guy at the counter was pleasant and made sure to point out that it 's weightless . You buy the cup and can put whatever you want in there. It was clean and the froyo tasted good. There could be more flavors but what was there ticked the boxes for my kids and me. The only thing to AVOID is the candy corn. Not really a problem with how POP Culture does it, but it gets very hard when it 's stale. Just avoid it, there 's a hundred other things to put in your cup.

Lovely place to grab some ice cream or froyo. The froyo is weightless which means you pay by the size of the cup regardless of how full it is. S,M, L are the options. Small worked great for me. I had the vanilla cake which is hello cake batter and vanilla mixed together and a little original/tart. Had gummy bears on top, bobas...yum! They only had 12 options for ice cream.

The frozen yogurt was ok but the ice cream wasn't good, it tasted like it had freezer burn and didn't have a good after taste

POP culture is home of THE best frozen yogurt in the city of Shoreview. It also has gourmet popcorn that is actually just popped corn! Who knew?

Was our first time there and the experience was more than exceptional. A young man named Jonathan helped us and he did a great job and was very pleasant. We will definitely be back. Thanks for your help Jonathan!
