Excellent eating. beautifully cooked and presented. good selection and some very beautiful sound specialties. would recommend it. pity his one car lesson for us.

Our second time here. saw through the fire with a glass wee as we arrived early. charming, friendly staff. wonderful menu for selection. I had the sirloin of bark, I hate fat, so asked to remove all that was not a problem for them. when it arrived, I had three good slices of perfectly cooked, delicate meat. the yorkshire and the carrots were just as good as a home cooked eating. we will definitely return.

So a nice pub, the staff was all nice, service was fast and eating was great. definitiw one to recommend and in the did one to plan trips around!

Had a great beef lunch today! one of the best of all time! beautiful staff has welcomed us! beautiful pub has enjoyed each minute! definitely back!

A favourite pub for us, usually after Wakehurst Place. Delicious food, good Badgers beer, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
